RamMojo Terms of Service
These terms explain the baseline rules for using RamMojo accounts, AI generation tools, and canvas workflows.

1. Service rules
- RamMojo provides AI tools and workflow infrastructure. Users trigger outputs through prompts, uploads, and model selection.
- You must not submit or distribute unlawful, abusive, pornographic, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content through the service.
- You are responsible for protecting your email account, password, verification steps, and any linked third-party login access.
2. IP and content responsibility
- You are responsible for the legality of your uploads, prompts, generated assets, and downstream use.
- AI outputs may carry risks such as factual errors, style overlap, copyright disputes, or likeness issues. Review outputs before public or commercial use.
- Any complaint, takedown, claim, or dispute caused by your use of generated content remains your responsibility under applicable law.
3. Enforcement and liability limits
- We may review, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, requests, models, or projects when required for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or service stability.
- We may adjust model availability, pricing, quotas, or product surfaces in response to provider policy, regulation, cost, or roadmap changes.
- AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing in these terms removes any non-waivable obligation imposed by law.
