1. Information we process

  2. Usage data such as prompts, uploads, generated outputs, project structure, selected models, balance deductions, failure reasons, and operational logs.
  3. Support and billing context that you actively submit when contacting us, asking for help, or attaching payment notes.

2. Why we use it

  1. To create and secure accounts, send verification or reset emails, and detect suspicious sign-in activity.
  2. To run AI generation, save projects, deduct balance, retry failed jobs, and maintain service stability.
  3. To analyze anonymized or de-identified quality issues, model behavior, and operational safety signals.

3. Sharing, retention, and contact

  1. We do not sell personal information. Some data may be processed by hosting, email, payment, authentication, storage, and AI model providers only as needed to deliver the service.
  2. We retain data only for as long as necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, legal retention, and security operations.
