AI Content Use Policy and Disclaimer
This policy defines operational boundaries, output risks, and enforcement rules for using RamMojo AI image, video, and text generation.

1. Prohibited and restricted uses
- Do not generate or distribute unlawful, pornographic, extremist, violent, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited high-risk material.
- Do not use the platform to bypass regulation, impersonate others, extract private data, automate fraud, or attack service infrastructure.
- When publishing AI-generated content to clients or the public, you are responsible for human review and any legally required labeling.
2. Content risk notice
- AI outputs may include factual errors, stylistic overlap, branding conflicts, likeness issues, moderation risk, or copyright disputes.
- You are responsible for reviewing prompts, asset sources, publication context, and final deliverables, especially in regulated or high-stakes scenarios.
- Any complaint, takedown, or liability resulting from your downstream use of generated content is your responsibility.
3. Platform enforcement and disclaimer
- We may block, remove, limit, log, or suspend requests, projects, model access, or accounts based on risk review, complaints, provider requirements, or legal obligations.
- RamMojo provides AI tooling and workflow infrastructure only. It does not assume direct authorship responsibility for user-generated content.
- Model limits, upstream provider changes, network issues, or force majeure may cause delays, interruption, or output variance.
